situations and contexts. It also means seeking opportunities
to listen intently in various contexts and learn from diverse
perspectives. You can do this by joining a book club, a podcast
club, or a mentoring program, where you can exchange ideas
and insights with others.

will be able to create a safe space for vulnerability, where
